A simple feature but an important one.
Despite offering a support ticket system to your clients in order to more efficiently handle their requests, some of them will still phone you on occasion. Some of them might even still text (sigh) or email too.
When this happens, you’ll want to make sure you still record any work that you do as a result.
The best way to do this is using our Ad-hoc work feature and at the click of a button you can record the details of the work completed. The work will then appear on the client’s Timeline and in any Reports you can create for them too.
