Login to your Glow account.
Once logged in, you’ll see the Dashboard. In the box that displays the number of currently open Support Tickets, you can click on the view support tickets link.
Alternatively, further down the screen you can see a snapshot of the most recently opened support tickets. You can click the view all tickets link that shows beneath here too.
You will now see the Support Tickets screen, with options to view Open and Closed tickets, as well as Raise a Ticket to one of your clients.
