Step 1
Log in to your Glow account and go to Clients
> Live Clients
from the main left hand menu.
Now click on the name of your client for who you want to alter the performance scan settings.
Step 2
You will now see the Client Area. From the inner menu, select Performance
.
Step 3
You will see 2 tabs at the top of your screen: Scan
and Settings
.
The Scan
tab will have loaded by default.
Click on the Settings
tab.
Step 4
You will now see the current settings for the Performance feature for this client:

You’re able to change the following:
Frequency
This dictates how often an automatic performance scan is performed.
Alerts
This dictates what the performance score needs to fall below, in order for you to be notified.
Step 6
Once you have made any changes, click the Save changes
button.
