Login to your Glow account.
Once logged in, click on Tasks from the main left hand menu.
The Tasks screen will load the WordPress tab from the inner menu automatically. Click on the Plugins tab from the inner menu.
Across the top of the Plugins screen, you will notice that the page has loaded on the By plugin tab by default.
To the right, click on the By client tab.
Each client that requires plugin updates will be represented in its own information bar.
To see the updates available for a particular client, click on their name to expand the panel.
You will notice that the header of the panel has now changed colour, denoting that it’s open.
To begin the Update process, click on the checkbox to the left of each of the plugins that you would like to update.
Having clicked on the checkboxes you will notice that the Wait and Update buttons in the bottom right corner of the panel are now clickable.
Click on the Update button.
A few things will now happen:
- The plugins you selected will disappear
- The number of updates showing in the header of the panel will have reduced by the number you set to update
Once the updates are complete, you will see a confirmation in the Timeline for each client.
