Login to your Glow account.
Once logged in, click on Clients from the main left hand menu.
The Clients screen will load the Live clients tab from the inner menu automatically. Click on the name of the client for whom you want to create a one-off Uptime report.
You will now be shown the client area. The client’s name that you clicked in Step 3 above will be shown as the main heading at the top and the inner menu will load on the WordPress tab by default.
Click on the Uptime tab from the inner menu.
Here you will see the current Uptime status and beneath that, to the right, a link that says Create report.
Click on that link.
On the next screen you will see some dropdown menus where you can set the dates for the report.
Once you have done that, click on the Continue button.
Next, set whether you would like to send the Uptime report directly to the client from your Glow account, or whether you would like to download the report as a PDF to your computer.
To download a PDF, choose this option and then click the Download button in the bottom right corner.
Otherwise, select the Send from here option.
Having selected Send from here, you will see a new section appear entitled Message. Edit the text box in this section appropriately. This message is what your client will see in the email you send from here.
Click the Send report button.
