Step 1
Log in to your Glow account and go to Clients
> Live Clients
from the main left hand menu.
Now click on the name of your client whose website you want to complete a performance scan on.
Step 2
You will now see the Client Area. From the inner menu, select Performance
.
Step 3
You will see 2 tabs at the top of your screen: Scan
and Settings
.
The Scan
tab will have loaded by default.
On the right side of the screen, click on the Start new scan
button.
Step 4
You will now see the progress of the scan. This can take up to a minute.
Once it’s completed, you will be shown the scan results for both Desktop
and Mobile
, including the Opportunities
and Passed Audits
for each device type.
