Log in to your Glow account and go to
Live Clients from the main left hand menu.
Now click on the name of your client whose website you want to complete a performance scan on.
You will now see the Client Area. From the inner menu, select
You will see 2 tabs at the top of your screen:
Scan tab will have loaded by default.
On the right side of the screen, click on the
Start new scan button.
You will now see the progress of the scan. This can take up to a minute.
Once it’s completed, you will be shown the scan results for both
Mobile, including the
Passed Audits for each device type.
