Raising a support ticket to Glow

Step 1

Login to your Glow account.

Step 2

Once logged in, click on Help & Support from the main left hand menu.

Step 3

The Help & Support screen will load the Support tickets tab from the inner menu automatically.

Step 4

Click on the Raise ticket link on the right of the screen.

Step 5

You will now see a text box where you are able to write a subject. Beneath that, you’ll also see a box where you’re able to write a message to us. Finally, you’ll see a box that says Drop files here or click to browse.

Click on that box and a window will open from where you can select one or more files to attach to the ticket.

Step 6

Once you’ve chosen your attachment(s), you will see confirmation that they’ve been attached by their filename being displayed in the attachment box.

Step 7

Click the Send button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Step 8

You will now see a success message, confirming that your ticket has been created. In your email inbox, you will also see an email confirmation that we’ve received your message.
