Step 1
Login to your Glow account.
Step 2
Once logged in, click on Clients from the main left hand menu.
Step 3
The Clients screen will load the Live clients tab from the inner menu automatically. Click on the name of the client for whom you want to set Glow to wait for the next version release of a particular plugin.
Step 4
You will now be shown the client area. The client’s name that you clicked in Step 3 above will be shown as the main heading at the top and the inner menu will load on the WordPress tab by default.
Step 5
Across the top of the WordPress screen, click on the Plugins tab.
In order to use the Wait function in Glow, there first needs to be an update available – otherwise there is nothing to wait for.
If an update is available, you will see it represented as so:
5.6 –> 5.6.1
This indicates that an update is required from version 5.6 to version 5.6.1.
To begin the Wait process, click on the checkbox to the left of the version number.
Step 6
Having clicked on the checkbox you will notice that the Wait and Update buttons in the bottom right corner are now clickable.
Click on the Wait button.
Step 7
Glow will now begin the Wait process and after a few seconds, you will see a Waiting notice to the right hand side of the information bar.
The next time a version update becomes available for the plugin you selected, Glow will inform you.
You are able to cancel this process too, if you wish. To do so, just click on the Cancel link to the right of where it says Waiting.
