Step 1
Login to your Glow account.
Step 2
Once logged in, click on Help & Support from the main left hand menu.
Step 3
The Help & Support screen will load the Support tickets tab from the inner menu automatically.
The Open tab of the Support tickets section will show by default.

Step 4
To the right, click on the Closed tab.

Here you will see all currently closed (resolved) support tickets between you and Glow.
