Log in to your Glow account and go to Clients > Live Clients from the main left hand menu.
Find the client for who you want to setup the Uptime Monitor feature and click on their name.
You will now be shown the Client Area. From the inner menu select Uptime. You will be shown a setup message with a button beneath that says Start here. Click that button to begin the setup.
The first setup screen will ask you to set the frequency with which you want Glow to monitor uptime for this website. Select an option from the dropdown menu and then click the Next step button.
The next screen is about notifications. You can choose whether Glow should notify you immediately when a site goes down, or whether it should check again first before notifying you.
Make your choice and then click the Finish setup button.
You will now see a success message confirming that Uptime has been setup for this website.
Underneath the success message is a button that says Go to Uptime. If you click that button you will be shown the Uptime section of the Client Area, displaying the current uptime status of the website.
