You’re able to pay either yearly or monthly, totally up to you, although the yearly pricing is the best value. Toggle the ‘monthly’ and ‘yearly’ switches at the top of this screen to see the difference.
If I signed up for a yearly plan, can I change it to monthly?
Yes. You’ll need to contact our support team to do this.
How can I contact Glow for support?
In your account, look for the little pink chat icon in the bottom right corner. You can reach our support team there and they’ll be happy to help you anytime. Support is included in all our plans ... obvs.
Can I cancel my account?
Yep. You can cancel your account anytime you like and there's no fee to do so. If you ask us to retain your data during the cancellation period, you’ll be able to reactivate your account with all the same information in future.
Is it easy to upgrade or downgrade my account?
Super easy. You can do this from the Billing & Upgrade section of your account in a few clicks.
Is there a setup fee?
Nope. No setup fees on any of our plans.
Can I change my payment card anytime?
Yeah, that’s done from within the Payment Method section of your account. Only takes a few seconds :)
Which currencies does Glow accept?
Currently all our plans are billed in USD. You can still pay with a non-USD bank account and you’ll be charged at the current exchange rate. We’ll be adding support for multiple currencies in the future.
What type of payment does Glow accept?
We currently accept credit/debit cards only and integrate with Stripe (highly credible, safe and secure) for all transactions. It’s not possible to pay any other way.
Are there any extra fees?
You’ll only pay extra fees when you enable a premium feature. For a full list of our premium features, head to our Features page and choose ‘Premium’ from the filter menu.
