Occasionally when you go into the Client Area for one of your Clients you might see a Fix now
warning:
This tells you that Glow currently cannot connect to your client’s WordPress website.
There are a number of possible reasons for this.
Have you deactivated our plugin?
This is the most common reason you will see the Fix Now
screen.
The connection between Glow and your client’s website relies on our plugin being installed and active.
If it’s deactivated, we won’t be able to connect.
So, check this first.
Wordfence / Sucuri / other WordPress security plugins
It’s possible you have changed the settings in your security plugin since initially connecting your client’s website to Glow.
Check that you aren’t blocking IP access from different countries. For example, if your client’s website is hosted in the US, check that you aren’t blocking IPs from the rest of the world. If you are, Glow won’t be able to connect to the site.
