Log in to your Glow account and go to
Live Clients from the main left hand menu.
Find the client for who you want to change the Uptime settings and click on their name.
You will now be shown the Client Area. Select
Uptime from the inner menu. The screen will load on the
Current status tab of the Uptime section.
Click on the
You will now see the different settings that you can change for the Uptime feature.
The option at the top of the screen allows you to change the
Frequency. This dictates how often Glow will monitor the uptime for this website.
Make any necessary changes and then move down the screen.
The next section allows you to change the
Notifications settings. This dictates when Glow should notify you if this client’s website goes down.
You can choose for Glow to notify you immediately or to wait until it has checked the status one more time, before notifying you.
Make any necessary changes and then click the
Save changes button.
