Assign a teammate to a client account

Step 1

Login to your Glow account and go to Clients > Live Clients and then click on the name of the client who you want to assign a teammate to and the Client Area will open.

Note: There are 3 account roles in Glow. Learn about them here.

Step 2

In the Client Area, click on Settings from the inner menu.

Step 3

On the Settings screen, click on the Account Roles tab.

Step 4

On the Account Roles screen you can assign your teammate as the Account Manager or Developer or both.

Use the first dropdown menu to set the Account Manager and the second dropdown menu to set the Developer:

Step 5

Once you’ve allocated your teammate to a role for this client, click on the Save changes button, wait a few seconds and then you’ll be shown a confirmation message.

Now, when your teammate logs in, they will be able to manage this client’s account.
