Using the filter on the WordPress tab in the Client Area

To help you find the right plugins or themes faster, use the filter menu on the WordPress tab in the Client Area.

You can filter the information 3 ways:

Let’s take a look at how you filter:

Step 1

Login to your Glow account and go to Clients > Client Name > WordPress. Click on either the Plugins or Themes tab to see the filter by dropdown menu.

Step 2

Click on the dropdown menu to see the list of filter options available.

To filter by Update available:

Click on the option for Update available. When you do this, you will see the Apply button to the right light up.

Click the Apply button.

You will notice that the list of plugins / themes has now updated to show you only those that require an update:

To filter by inactive status

Click the filter by dropdown again and this time, select the option for Inactive. When you do this, you will see the Apply button to the right light up. Click the Apply button and you will see that the list of plugins / themes has updated to show you only those that are currently inactive:

To filter by active status

Click the filter by dropdown again and this time, select the option for Active. When you do this, you will see the Apply button to the right light up. Click the Apply button and you will see that the list of plugins / themes has updated to show you only those that are currently active:
