In the ticket correspondence screen, to the right side of the information bar you will see the name of the person in your team who is currently assigned to this ticket.
To assign the ticket to a different teammate, start by clicking the ‘change‘ link underneath their name.
From the dropdown menu that appears, select the name of your teammate who you’d like to assign this ticket to.
The name in the ‘assigned‘ box on the information bar will now have changed to your teammate.
Also, you will no longer be able to reply to this ticket, as it’s now been assigned away from you.
