Login to your Glow account.
Once logged in, click on Support Tickets from the main left hand menu.
The Support Tickets screen will load the All tickets tab from the inner menu automatically. Click on the Closed tab from the inner menu.
From this screen you’re able to:
- See all tickets that have been closed (resolved)
- Click into a ticket to see the correspondence – you can reopen the ticket from here if you need to
