Glow + Productive

Tracked time and support tasks, pushed into Productive automatically.

Connect Productive and Glow pushes the time your team tracks, on support tickets and website work, straight into the right client project. Tickets become tasks the moment they are opened, time lands on them as it is logged, and closing the ticket marks the task done. No more double entry.

What the Productive integration gives you

  • New support tickets appear in Productive as open tasks the moment they are opened, assigned and scheduled for that day
  • Time tracked in Glow lands on the task as time entries, billable if you want
  • Closing the ticket in Glow marks the Productive task done
  • Website stopwatch work syncs too, created as completed tasks
  • Time logged directly in Productive can appear in your client reports, alongside the work Glow already shows, never counted twice
  • Map each website to its Productive project once, then it just works, and you can connect several Productive accounts

Connecting takes two minutes

1.

In Settings, open Integrations, choose Time tracking and connect Productive with your API token and organization ID.

2.

Map each website to its Productive project, task list and service, and match your team members to Productive people. Glow suggests matches automatically.

3.

That's it: from now on, tickets, tasks and tracked time flow into Productive on their own.
