Login to your Glow account.
Once logged in, click on Clients from the main left hand menu and then the name of the client for who you want to edit the information.
The Client Area will load next, showing the WordPress tab from the inner menu by default. Click on the Settings tab from the bottom of the inner menu.
You will then be shown the Company tab where you’re able to edit the following information about your client:
- Company name
- Website URL
- Phone number
- Office address
Once you’ve made your changes, the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen will light up. Click that in order to save the changes.
You’re then shown a success message, confirming that your changes have been saved, as well as an email confirmation.
